“Cameron, Cody and the wider team were fantastic to work with from start to finish.”
“Cameron, Cody and the wider team were fantastic to work with from start to finish.
We work across a range of architectural projects, many of which involve complex renovations, and this project was no exception. We were involved from the initial spatial design of the existing home right through to the full interior fit-out. Being based in the South Island while the project was delivered remotely meant we needed a team on the ground that we could trust completely. Cameron, Cody and their team communicated exceptionally well throughout the project, and whenever a challenge arose, they came to us to brainstorm solutions rather than simply presenting problems.
Their attention to detail was excellent, and they were always approachable and collaborative. They understood the design intent and worked hard to ensure it was carried through into the finished home.
We are thrilled with the result, and most importantly, the clients are too. We know they will enjoy their home for many years to come.”
“Their attention to detail was exceptional. They carefully preserved the character of the original home while seamlessly integrating new architectural details.”
“As the main contractor for a small yet complex renovation, Kōtare Homes proved the ideal bridge between client, design and construction. Their close collaboration throughout pre-construction phase and during the build allowed the existing home to be reworked safely and efficiently, while navigating the unexpected with confidence.
Their attention to detail was exceptional. They carefully preserved the character of the original home while seamlessly integrating new architectural details and custom joinery within a challenging footprint. Clear and transparent communication kept our client at ease throughout, taking the friction out of a challenging refurbishment and making the process feel seamless.
Their approach also gave the owner the confidence to extend the scope beyond the original brief.”
“The team are so good at keeping communication going. They have a schedule of work we can follow. They have great sub contractors. Everyone worked so well together.”
“Cameron and Cody came to the site and were very positive about what they could do. They grasped what we wanted to achieve. They adjusted the building plan to suit us as we wanted to be in the house for the summer holiday, when the build was not finished. They worked so hard to get the deck and living areas ready for us in time, even though the new part of the build was not done.
The team are so good at keeping communication going. They have a schedule of work we can follow. They have great sub contractors. Everyone worked so well together. The workmanship has been of a super high standard.
It’s a big job building/renovating a place. There are a lot of moving parts and sometimes things can go wrong. There have been very few issues but they are very solution focused and plans are quickly made to move forward.
They are tidy and polite. All the neighbours were positive about their interactions with the team.
We are thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend Cameron, Cody and their team.“
